Meme’s House — (sleeps up to 10)
Rate: $265/night plus $100 cleaning fee; $15 pet fee per dog per stay

Description: There was nothing like spending a night or weekend at grandma’s house growing up. Eating all the ice cream we could want, staying up late watching old movies, snuggling up in quilted throws, running up and down the long hallways, and skipping rocks in the pond outside. This newly renovated cottage instantly takes you and your guests back to those days by breathing new life into a few vintage furnishings and antique decorations that scream that unmistakable grandmillian style.

Now, it has been newly remodeled to draw inspiration from the warmth and simplicity of a modern farmhouse. It is perfect for guests and families who are looking to book a stay somewhere that is off the beaten path and offers a chance to relax the days away.

The Retreat at Three Points is a modern-day farmhouse spacious enough to house large family gatherings while offering the amenities of home. Perfect for families or large groups looking to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of life. Enjoy outdoor lawn games, swimming in the in-ground pool or just relaxing in a pool chair. Plenty of space indoors or out. 2 ponds on site for catch and release. A covered Pavilion with TV, picnic tables, smoker/grill and a fire pit for community use.
Large, family style spacious house that will accommodate up to 20 guests. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Fully furnished with bed linens, towels, and kitchen cooking ware.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed; Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a futon with an on-suite bathroom with tub only; Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a Daybed with 2 twin beds. Bathroom is connected and has a tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed by the hallway. Bedroom 4 has two full size bunk beds and an on-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Den has two Queen sofa sleepers.
There is an in-ground pool located in the fenced backyard.
